Payment
PayPal - We accept PayPal payments, 3% fee.
Wire Transfer - simply request invoice from us by email and pay by bank transfer.

Shipping
Every guitar will be send in Hiscox case and securely packed. Guitar will be send to you in five days.

Customs
European Union customers - Your order total does include vat, you will not pay any additional tax. Package will be delivered right to you.
International customers - Your order total does not include vat or the taxes, duties of your country, as we have no control over these charges.
Please contact your local customs office for further information. Package will be delivered to your country's customs office where a customs or duty charge is calculated.
You will then be notified by the delivery service or customs office of the charge and to arrange delivery to you.

Returns 
If guitar is fails to meet your expectations, you have 14 days to return it for an exchange or refund . The buyer pays shipping fees.
Before returning a guitar must contact us first. Guitars returned without contacting us first will be refused.
